戴俊贤  大律师

戴俊贤大律师于2016年加入德辅大律师事务所。此前，戴大律师于剑桥大学修读历史，随后以一级荣誉和年级排名第二的成绩取得香港大学法律JD学位，并以优异成绩毕业于牛津大学，获得法学硕士学位。戴大律师分别于2015年及2016年获得香港大律师奖学金及沈澄纪念奖学金。

戴大律师广泛参与民事及商事领域法律事务，尤其专注于公司、清盘及重组事宜。他亦曾参与处理涉及精神上无行为能力人士的法律事务，包括诉讼遗嘱认证案件中的精神行为能力问题、《精神健康条例》（第136章）下的申请，以及有关持久授权书相关法律程序。此外，戴大律师曾于香港区域法院至终审法院各级法院出庭，亦曾处理仲裁案件并就相关事宜提供法律意见。
