个人简历
邓建文大律师于2005年毕业于牛津大学，随后于安理国际律师事务所担任实习事务律师。随后，邓大律师于2008年获得企业法事务律师职业资格，并在瑞生国际律师事务所执业2年，擅长处理上市公司监管及股本发售等法律业务。
2011年，邓大律师获得执业资格加入大律师行业。自此以后，邓大律师广泛参与不同领域的案件，处理公司法、清盘与破产、商法、婚姻法以及遗嘱认证等法律事务。
此外，邓大律师担任香港大律师公会执行委员会委员。他亦是由德辅和威科集团于2020年共同发行的《香港公司法案例汇编》的特约编辑（2008年-2019年）。
