个人简介
金旻京博士于2010年2月至2025年8月期间在韩国任职法官，主审过众多具有重大影响的民商事、行政及刑事案件。在其司法职业生涯中，她在一审及上诉法院累计撰写判决逾3,100份。金博士在国际及跨境商事争议（包括仲裁）领域具有丰富经验。她曾在首尔中央法院国际商事审判庭任职，处理过诸多仲裁相关案件，涉及仲裁裁决的承认与撤销，以及《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》（CISG）、航运、买卖、造船、许可、建设、海上保险、财产交易和代理协议等领域的国际商事合同执行案件。
金博士先后获得首尔大学经营学学士、法学硕士及法学博士学位，并于英国剑桥大学王后学院取得法学硕士学位。她著有专著Overriding Mandatory Rules in International Commercial Disputes: Korean and Comparative Law（哈特出版社，2025）。其早期韩文著作Overriding Mandatory Rules and International Contracts（博英社，2022）于2023年荣获第16届“心堂法学奖”，该奖项为韩国国际商事与商法领域最具声望的奖项之一。此外，金博士亦在多家权威期刊发表论文，并经常受邀在国际会议发表演讲。
在推动韩国仲裁法发展方面，金博士亦作出重要贡献。她曾担任韩国最高法院委员会成员，参与《韩国仲裁法》（Korean Arbitration Act）的修订及仲裁相关法院程序规则的起草。金博士曾合著Korean Judiciary’s Practice Guide on Arbitration-related Cases（韩国最高法院，2018）及Commentaries on the Korean Act on Private International Law（汤森路透，2023），并参与撰写将于2026年出版的Commentaries on the Korean Arbitration Act（汤森路透）。
目前，金博士以亚洲开发银行大陆法专家的身份，为柬埔寨新商事法院诉讼程序法的起草提供专业咨询。她曾作为韩国代表团成员，出席2022年至2025年期间举办的国际常设商事法院论坛（SIFoCC）。此外，金博士曾任Korean Journal of International Trade and Business Law期刊总编辑，现为韩国人工智能与法律学会研究主任及韩国国际私法学会理事。
金博士现任香港城市大学兼职教授，教授国际仲裁法。她亦曾在香港大学、新加坡国立大学及新加坡管理大学教授国际商事诉讼与仲裁课程。
金博士精通英语与韩语，具备中文阅读能力，并能以日语及德语进行交流。
