个人简历
黎大律师除了是执业大律师外，亦是仲裁员、认可调解员以及注册会计师。黎大律师获延聘参与广泛性质的民事纠纷案件，特别在仲裁、专业疏忽以及专业纪律聆讯范畴有丰富经验。黎大律师多次担任独任仲裁员、边裁或首席仲裁员处理跨境仲裁案件，当中包括以港仲（HKIAC）、贸仲（CIETAC）、国际仲裁院（ICC）及联合国贸法委（UNCITRAL）等仲裁规则进行的仲裁案件。多个仲裁机构都将黎大律师的名字载入其《仲裁员名册》中。除了跨境商事仲裁外，黎大律师也参与投资者—东道国投资纠纷仲裁以及国家之间的仲裁案。
黎大律师是联合国贸法委的中国国家联络员，向贸法委报告香港特区执行《纽约公约》及联合国贸法委《国际商事仲裁示范法》（为香港《仲裁条例》所采纳的部分）的实践。黎大律师也是香港特区律政司仲裁推广咨询委员会成员。
黎大律师对国际法有浓厚兴趣，这份兴趣有利他处理涉及国际法难点的纠纷。黎大律师出任亚洲国际法律研究院副秘书长（为专注推广国际法的专业机构），并以观察员身分参与联合国贸法委第三工作组（投资人与国家间争议解决的改革）的工作。
